Wellness is defined by each of us individually. I believe we can become a more perfect conduit for our own well–being. I will encourage and support you in your discoveries.
How I Work:
Through mail and by phone. After submitting an intake packet (written information and history, consent form and photograph) for your energy analysis, we have at least one telephone conversation so you will be able to ask me questions about the process and I can ask you about information on your intake forms. After I do the energy analysis, you will receive it by mail and we have as many follow up conversations as needed, so you can choose how to proceed.
Modalities:
I work with the HWS waters + resonance. In my HWS work, I call on my practice as a Reiki Master in conjunction with my other compatible learnings– Quantum Touch healing, accessing archives through Akashic Records, studies in Esoteric Healing and initiation into the practice of White Tara, mother goddess of Tibetan Buddhism, who is associated with healing, longevity, loving and compassion.
My Story:
I was on a clear life trajectory –as a theater professional and teacher after earning a BA in theater, BS in speech/theater education and awarded a Rockefeller Foundation Fellowship for my MA in theater arts. Mid- career, I became Executive Director of an arts, social change and youth development not- for- profit organization. Initially the company connected to youth through performing original, professionally acted plays and musicals and used post performance role playing and discussion led by psychologists and social workers to allow the young audiences to consider their own social and personal challenges. As the organization grew, it worked with incarcerated and court involved youth to create and tell their own stories as a way to understand life choices. The company has received national accolades and has been the focus of academic and medical research studies, especially in the areas of recidivism and trauma. As the organization’s chief administrator and fundraiser, the work was fulfilling but stressful, and took its toll.
I became very sick and was slowly dying from an undiagnosed illness. I went from medical doctor to medical doctor without success, sought out and experimented with every alternative healing method I could find. As the universe would have it, I found a wonderful allopathic MD who, while he did not know what was happening with me, tried to stabilize my situation and encouraged me to continue my research and experimentation. Concurrently, I found my first teacher Hanna Kroger and subsequently my teacher for the next twenty years, David Alan Slater. Through Hanna and David, I moved toward wellness—and refined my life trajectory—to work with people on their own search for wellness.
